These Semi Automatic Papad Machine are designed to eliminate the laborious job of flour kneading as well as Roll Making. Normally it takes a lot of time and energy to knead & roll as the dough is very sticky and hard. By using these machines time spent is reduced from hours to minutes with minimum effort. Additionally, it enhances whiteness considerably.
To maintain uniformity in size of Papad it is necessary to use Luva of same size and weight. Cut rolls should be inserted into Hollow it being cut into small round Pieces of dough (Loi) according size required.
Before rolling final product i.e. papad it is necessary to press Luva (Loi) to make round flats (Puries).
Rolling papad is the final stage of the process. Papads are rolled individually. To simplify the complicated process of rolling papads we combined the the old art of hand rolling with modern technology and have come up with remarkably simple but high output yielding Machine.
Papads of different sizes Mathia, Chorafali, Sakkarpara, Samosa layer etc. can be made with the use of this machine.
